ICM Launches Project IDEAL Site
October 2007

In the month of October, ICM launched a new client site:

Project IDEAL - a program based at the University of Michigan's Institute for Social Research, is a consortium of states working together to develop and improve distance education programs for adult learners. Through collaborative research and practice, the consortium works to raise the quality of distance education across the country.

The new site provides member states with technical assistance for program planning, teacher training, and program evaluation, and also features Distance Education for ABE Learners, a blog containing news and comments about teaching adult learners at a distance.
