Alaine Karoleff - Project Manager

During her years as our client liaison, Alaine has successfully managed a boatload of web and multimedia projects for new and existing clients. She's a kind, calm, fun-loving member of our creative (and sometimes spazzy) team. But don't let her calm demeanor fool you, Alaine is not afraid to pester clients to ensure everything and everyone stays on task. She's crazy about efficiency, constantly thinking about ways to maintain and improve our strong delivery standards and project management practices.

Alaine received her degree from Eastern Michigan University in secondary education with a minor in communication. Before joining the ICM team, she taught high school English and speech/debate - an experience that helped her become more efficient, attentive, flexible and reliable. Outside of work, Alaine likes to travel, ride her motorcycle, support the local music scene, and work out.
