Catherine Hayes - Managing Partner/CTO

At nearly six feet tall, Catherine stands out in a crowd and is a mean power forward on the b-ball court. She can also talk "geek speak" like you've never heard - unless of course, you're a geek too and spend hours jabbering about APIs, XML schema, interoperability problems, and Ruby on Rails.

But here's the best thing about Catherine - she can easily talk about tech issues with non-techies. Catherine helps clients determine what they want their websites and multimedia projects to do, and then she figures out how to do it in a way that is efficient, cost-effective, and adaptable to future technologies.

Catherine has a degree from the University of Michigan in Film and Video and eight years experience in the industry. Prior to starting Inner Circle, Catherine developed the web capabilities for a local graphic design firm. She also developed web-based content management applications and back-end daily production systems for Mlive.com. Catherine was Chair of the Internet Professional Program at Washtenaw Community College for three years.
