Miriam Rahl - Office and Account Manager

Although Miriam strongly prefers crunchy peanut butter, she likes SMOOTHNESS in her work environment. As our office and account manager, she supports smooth operations and effective communication among ICM team members and our beloved clients. In fact, you're sure to hear Miriam's smooth and soothing voice the next time you call us. As our "Goddess of All Things", Miriam is equally happy to make you a cup of high-octane coffee as well as update your website content or revise your business cards. She loves to optimize procedures, ask probing questions, and always makes sure everyone feels warm and fuzzy...well, her strong coffee will make you feel warm, but unless you're a baby monkey, she's not sure how to make you feel fuzzy.

Miriam is originally from exotic Guatemala but has lived in Ann Arbor since the age of three. Before coming to ICM, Miriam was an Associate Director, and liaison to International clients at Pfizer. She's fluent in Spanish and a University of Michigan graduate. With a deep appreciation for wild creativity and a love for music, Miriam spent her youthful days as a local art-rocker. In fact, you may have seen her on stage at the Blind Pig back in the 90's playing the flute through an MTI roto-phaser / leslie cabinet (try saying that after a few cocktails!).

Miriam serves as Secretary on the Board of Directors for Vision Builders, an educational non-profit based out of Ann Arbor that creates educational opportunities for children in remote areas of the Himalayas.
